Botanic Inns, the award winning Northern Ireland based Pub Company has announced today that it has purchased Café Rouge in East Belfast adding to the company’s portfolio of 15 outlets in Belfast, Newtownards and Downpatrick.
Stephen Magorrian, Managing Director, Botanic Inns commented, “Café Rouge is based in Ballyhackamore which is a great area and we are looking forward to being part of this thriving community, getting to know the local people and serving them in the months and years ahead.
“If everything goes to plan Café Rouge will close at the end of December and reopen in February with a new look and a new name. We plan to transform the premises and provide East Belfast with a stylish, friendly bar and restaurant serving fresh local produce with a first class standard of service.
